September 26 2022, Chevrolet Canada
Chevrolet introduces the 2023 Tahoe RST Performance Edition with the most available power, best handling and highest top speed.
Chevrolet's most popular full-size SUV was purpose-built for performance. The new 2023 Tahoe RST Performance Edition offers more power and speed than ever before. This special edition four-wheel-drive Tahoe is soon ready to impress performance enthusiasts who want to cruise around town in a full-size SUV.
The RST Performance Edition combines functionality, control and comfort. You will find in particular a lowered ride height, a standard 6.2-liter V8 with an output of 433 horsepower and 467 lb-ft of torque, which makes it the most powerful Tahoe on the market.
In addition to increased power, the following RST Performance Edition features have been borrowed from the Tahoe's PPV model specifically for police vehicles:
-Springs, retuned shocks, larger diameter stabilizer bar and chassis calibrations to police standards.
-Ride height lowered by 10mm front and 20mm rear, as per police specification.
-Brembo® brakes front and rear with unique Torch Red calipers. The front discs are nearly 25% larger in diameter than the standard RST model.
-Brake pedal calibrated for performance
-Firestone Firehawk Pursuit 275/55R20 tires designed for police vehicles with specific 20-inch black aluminum rims.
In addition to a one-of-a-kind powertrain and the enhancements listed above, the Tahoe RST Performance Edition will also come standard with the Luxury Package (WPL), which includes numerous features that are intended to improve the driver comfort.
With the recent unveiling, we will generate additional excitement by introducing the new 2023 Tahoe RST Performance Edition.
