PROTECTION MEASURES

Life slowly resumes its course in a new reality to which we must adapt. We therefore want you to benefit from our products and services while acting with caution to ensure your safety and that of our employees.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE

When you arrive at the dealership, we will ask you to keep your mask on your face at all times, as is recommended to be worn. Then, without exception, you will have to wash your hands, either with our disinfectant or at the sink with the soap next to it. While waiting for your vehicle at the service department, we will ask you to stay in the seat assigned to you in order to avoid unnecessary travel to the dealership and so our advisers can then disinfect the seat where you would have been seated. Regarding your future meeting with our sales advisers, you will have to keep your masks on at all times, despite the physical barriers. In addition, the number of people in the offices will be 2 maximum.

SOCIAL DISTANCIATION PRACTICES

We have changed our procedures to promote remote contact as much as possible. Thus, from our websites, you can perform a host of operations, after which we remain available to answer your questions and guide you through the next steps by text, email and phone.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT

No matter how we interact, we'll make sure we can do it safely. As soon as you arrive at the dealership, you will notice a series of measures supported by all our employees to protect our team and our customers. You could see the decontamination of the chairs between each client, the cleaning of the keys (both yours and ours), the cleaning of the surfaces touched by our technicians when entering your vehicle, the disinfection of our vehicles between each test drive , etc. Rest assured, your visit to us will be and will remain in place to guarantee your safety and that of our staff.

OUR OPENING HOURS

Since the start of the pandemic, you may have noticed that our opening hours have been changed. Until the next change, especially given the mandatory curfew announced by Mr. Legault, our hours of operation will remain from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the mechanics and parts department and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the sales department.
